Bekroond met de Prijs voor Storytelling van de Zilveren Camera, de tentoonstelling over de eerste vrouwen uit Turkije die naar Nederland kwamen om hier een nieuw leven op te bouwen. De tentoonstelling 'Je moest eens weten' en de gelijknamige publicatie van fotograaf en kunstenaar Çiğdem Yüksel, vertellen de verhalen van 22 vrouwen.
In the Gallery of Dutch Photography, 99 iconic photos narrate the story of the evolution of photography in the Netherlands from 1842 to the present day. The Gallery showcases the highlights, innovations, and significant strides photographers have made from the invention of photography to the latest innovations. These photos hold iconic value due to their societal and artistic significance.
Waar vrouwen in musea veelal het onderwerp zijn van een kunstwerk als muze, draait het project WOMXN. het juist om: vrouwen hebben de regie gekregen. Hoe zien zij zichzelf? Hoe willen zij geportretteerd worden? Wat is relevant in hun ogen? Voor het project WOMXN. heeft fotograaf Sebiha Öztaş 23 vrouwen geselecteerd om de kracht die ze uitstralen en hun maatschappelijke bijdrage aan de stad Rotterdam. Je hebt nog tot en met vrijdag 2 mei 2025 om de tentoonstelling te bezoeken!

From October 15 to December 8, the Nederlands Fotomuseum, in collaboration with the Steenbergen Foundation, will present the 27th edition of the Steenbergen Stipendium. This is the award for the best photographic graduation work created by a student from one of the Dutch art academies.
