Museums can no longer rely on subsidies. We have to find new ways of preparing for the future through innovative fundraising. One way of doing this is through forming partnerships with other organisations.
It is the financial support of our sponsors that enables the museum to invest more money in additional public activities at our exhibitions; marketing and communication; promoting the museum collection, and purchasing new works.
We see our sponsors as partners with whom we can build long-term relationships. Your donation not only supports the museum and photography in the Netherlands in general, but also gives you the opportunity to link your name to the leading photography institute in the Netherlands. The museum is particularly keen to work with partners who are willing to integrate a museum project into their own marketing and communication strategy, so that both parties can benefit from the collaboration.
The museum is obviously well-placed to offer creative marketing opportunities that help you reach your target audience and grow your business network. The various options include discounts on purchases of museum collection prints; an exclusive reception at the museum; previews; invitations to exhibition openings; the use of meeting rooms or other spaces at the museum, or the presence of your logo on our print and online communications. Other options can be considered as well.
